A Witness to Hope

A wise person once said that the measure of one’s accomplishments in life can be found in the way in
which one is remembered after that life is over.

A Witness to Hope is an organization inspired by a homily of Father George Stewart and created to remember
the accomplishments of our friend Billy Kayser; to continue and extend the joy and love that he shared with us in his time.
This organization was founded by the St. Margaret’s Class of 2000, of which Billy was a beloved classmate and friend,
to assist The Billy Kayser Memorial Foundation. The foundation was established to emulate Billy’s love of life
through community works and scholarships. All activities, events and profits of A Witness to Hope
will support The Billy Kayser Memorial Foundation.

Through the works of A Witness to Hope, we hope to aptly honor and continue the achievements of a dearly loved friend.

So far to date The Witness to Hope committe has organized a Memorial Picnic in which over
$27,000 was raised for Billy's foundation.
